Cancelation Policy, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Reservations canceled at least 2 days in advance will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the payment.
NO REFUNDS if canceled later than 2 full days prior the game.
We cannot offer you a refund if someone from the group didn’t show up regardless of the reason.
Reservations made within 2 days of the scheduled game time are not able to be cancelled for any reason.
We allow 1-time rescheduling with a 24-hour notice. Please, pay attention, that no refunds will be issued for the booking that was once already rescheduled.
Please, send us an email email@example.com to make any changes, phone or voicemail requests will not be honored.
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. Think of this experience as a movie showtime with no previews! Your game will begin at the scheduled time with or without you so please be on time.
If you are up to 15 minutes late, you will still be able to play the game. Due to other groups playing the game after you, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled game time, no matter what the reason, you will not be allowed to play the game and there will be no refund given.
We offer no refunds or rescheduling of any matter within 24 hours. We appreciate teams that call us on their way, but that, unfortunately, doesn’t change anything.
Please, check the number of tickets you’d like to purchase when you make a reservation. It is also visible on an order summary right before the payment.
No exclusions from our cancellation policy will be made due to “bookings made by accident”.
